Design, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of a secondary school in Wissous (91).
The Department of Essonne has initiated a Global Energy Performance Market for the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of two secondary schools in Wissous and Gif-sur-Yvette.
As part of this project, INCET is fortunate to be the Technical Studies Office for the Gif-sur-Yvette secondary school.
The environmental aspirations of this new secondary school, covering an area of 9,397 m², are high, including achieving an Excellent level HQE label, a level 3 biosourced label, and the use of ecological materials such as straw for insulation and wood for the frame and facade to meet the RE2025 carbon threshold.
