Project managers
The Project Managers department employs generalist engineers; they are the single points of contact in the management of projects from design to project completion.
Design
- Ensuring the smooth progress of the overall contract,
- Taking into account the client's expressed needs,
- Facilitating communication between all internal and external stakeholders,
- Adhering to the budgets and timelines stipulated in the contract,
- Problem-solving through organized processes and formalizing actions.
Construction
- Adhering to site monitoring procedures throughout all phases, including DET, VISA, and AOR,
- Facilitating communication between all internal and external stakeholders,
- Site visits,
- Verifying compliance with specifications, standards, and best practices in construction by the contractors,
- Leading the technical team dedicated to each project and ensuring compliance with quality procedures by team members,
- Monitoring the project until completion,
- Assisting in case of claims during the warranty period,
- Establishing and monitoring construction schedules.
