Demolition and reconstruction of Maryse Bastié secondary school in Vélizy-Villacoublay (78).
INCET, in collaboration with the lead company Eiffage Construction and the architect Laurent & Laurent, has won the project for the demolition and reconstruction of Maryse Bastié secondary school in Vélizy-Villacoublay (78).
This operation, carried out on behalf of the Yvelines Department, will include:
- The demolition and asbestos removal of all existing structures and buildings of the secondary school,
- The renovation and rehabilitation of the half-board facility and 6 staff housing units,
- The construction of a secondary school with a capacity of 600 students including SEGPA 64,
- Overhaul of road and drainage works (VRD) and external developments, including an "Oasis" courtyard,
- The creation of a sports field,
- Landscaping,
- The construction of an above-ground parking lot.
On the environmental side, this ambitious project aims for compliance with the RE2020 regulations for the secondary school and RTex for the rehabilitated buildings, a performance level of E3C1, and level 3 of the biosourced label. The heating needs will be less than 15 kWh/m².year, over 30% of the final energy consumption will be provided by renewable energy sources, and the quantity of recycled materials will exceed 5 kg/m²SDP.
For this exciting project, INCET is responsible for structural engineering, electricity, HVAC, plumbing, road and drainage works (VRD), thermal engineering, HQE - environment, construction economics, and catering.
