New project for INCET

Construction of the future school complex in the ZAC district of the École polytechnique neighborhood in Palaiseau (91).
Our engineering firm is proud to be the laureate in collaboration with architects Jaglin Quenault and Atelier Martel for the construction of the future school group in the ZAC district of the École polytechnique neighborhood in Palaiseau (91).
The project includes 22 classrooms, a gymnasium, a leisure center, and catering facilities.
For this project, undertaken on behalf of the Établissement public d'aménagement Paris-Saclay, INCET is responsible for fluid engineering, thermal engineering, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work (high and low voltage), QE (Quality Environment), energy design, lighting design, CSSI (Fire Safety and Accessibility), and kitchen design.
