Deconstruction and reconstruction of the Joliot Curie secondary school and its gymnasium in Bagneux (92).
INCET, in collaboration with the architect CRR Architecture, has won the competition for the deconstruction and reconstruction of Joliot Curie secondary school and its gymnasium in Bagneux.
The aim of this project, undertaken on behalf of the Department of Hauts-de-Seine, is to expand the capacity of the secondary school from 400 to 600 students, as well as to create a Type C gymnasium and staff housing. The project also aims to achieve BEPOS Effinergie 2017 and E3C2 levels of the E+C- label, and a level 2 of the Biosourced label.
Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2024.
In this project, INCET is responsible for structural engineering, electrical work, HVAC, plumbing, construction economics, deconstruction, catering, thermal engineering, and road and drainage works (VRD).
