Programme

Construction of a 166-unit residential complex comprising 3 buildings:

• 1 building for social housing,
• 2 buildings of residential housing for first-time buyers.

The complex includes around 199 parking spaces.

Technical characteristics

A range of materials chosen for their durability, longevity and ease of maintenance, and for the strong visual identity they give to the project: render, wood, aluminium and matt concrete. 
The buildings are treated differently depending on their location and purpose, while maintaining continuity in the joinery and metalwork to harmonise the whole and preserve overall coherence.
The choice of different treatments for each building gives it a strong identity and a high-quality architectural style.

NF Habitat HQE (high environmental quality) V4.0 certification with RE2020 energy and environmental performance.
