Design and build construction of sports club comprising multipurpose hall, boxing ring, two martial arts halls (dojo), gymnasium, lobby with bar, changing rooms, toilets, offices and stores.
Outside against building, 300-seat grandstand, football ground and three tennis courts.
Public building (ERP type X).

Technical characteristics

Reinforced concrete structure supported on piles.
To achieve high thermal performance objectives set in brief (Cep-30%), space heating and domestic hot water supplied by gas cogeneration boiler.
Electricity production consumed on site, surplus reinjected into local grid.
Double flow ventilation for sports halls and offices.
Building also equipped with green roof terrace.
