Construction of a 14-classroom school complex including:

• 6 nursery school,
• 8 elementary school classrooms,
• An extra curricula rooms for 80 pupils,
• A multipurpose room shared by both schools,

Technical characteristics

Reinforced concrete structure ground floor base, floor slabs; some walls provide thermal inertia and cross bracing.
Completed by steel structure on upper levels with elevations clad with external insulation and glazed Danpalon and Fundermax panels.
Gymnasium structure constructed partially underground with reinforced concrete retaining walls, prestressed concrete beams that cross gymnasium and its corridors, waterproof concrete slab that allows gymnasium roof slab to be use as kindergarten playground.
Space heating supplied by gas boiler.
Radiant ceiling panel heating in sports halls.
Radiant floor heating in foyer and corridors.
Natural ventilation at night during summer.
Double flow ventilation with energy recuperation.
Hydro sanitary appliances.
Rainwater recycled for watering.
