Programme
Design and construction of a gymnasium comprising:
- A multi-sport hall approved for use at regional level (9m high ceiling, 44m x 24m),
- A multi-purpose room for ancillary activities,
- A meeting room,
- Storage facilities,
- Changing rooms,
- A reception area,
- Technical rooms.
Technical characteristics
Covered by a metal structure forming sheds that bathe the space in natural light, the multi-sports hall offers a large volume that is mechanically ventilated and naturally cleared of smoke to provide optimum comfort for users.
Green roofs and a connection to a green heating network are other exceptional qualities of this gymnasium, which has a strong and well-designed aesthetic.
Environmental characteristics
The structure's excellent inertia and insulation ensure that it meets an environmental target equivalent to RT 2012 -30%.
