Programme
Construction of a semi-underground multi-sports hall as part of a 4-storey building complex, comprising a leisure centre on the ground floor and accommodation on all superstructure levels.
Two basement levels are used for parking and plant rooms.
Technical characteristics
Inspired by the Art Deco movement, the facades are designed to align with the architecture of the Perrier district.
Visible facades clad in light-coloured semi-load-bearing Noyant-type stone and rendering of the same colour.
Enhancement of the stone façades with prefabricated concrete decorative elements.
The whole complex is surrounded by a park-like setting that enhances its appearance while keeping direct sightlines to a minimum.
Environmental characteristics
Goal of achieving NF HQE (high environmental quality certification) and RT 2012 (-10%).
