Programme
Construction of a 400-pupil secondary school comprising:
- Shared cultural and sports facilities,
- Areas for reception, school life, management, supervisory and technical staff,
- The teaching areas,
- Day-boarding facilities
- 4 staff accommodations
Experimental functional spaces have been created within these different areas including an agora, spaces for artistic and technological creation, an artists' studio, etc.
Technical characteristics
The secondary school offers a wide range of connected, modular spaces of varying scales and environments.
Materially, it consists of glazed bricks that are assembled or perforated with matt white concrete.
Marked hollow horizontal joints.
Thick fencing (slats) serves as sun protection.
Glazed curtain walls.
Bronze-coloured lacquered metalwork.
Deactivated concrete floor with light-coloured joints.
Extensive pampa- and tundra-style green roofs.
